Mycology Questionnaire MYCO-0808

QMP–LS will be distributing a questionnaire to all Mycology participants the week of August 18. The survey will be conducted using an Internet tool called Survey Monkey (www.surveymonkey.com). Detailed information will follow via e-mail the week of August 4 to provide information on access to the survey.

Objectives

  •  Identify current use of nomenclature for laboratory reporting to physicians of medically important yeast and fungi.

  • Develop guidance/direction on standardization of nomenclature for reporting purposes.

4th Annual McMaster Update in Thromboembolism
Presented by McMaster University

Friday’s Symposium is co-sponsored by QMP–LS and will be focused
on laboratory professionals and clinicians.
Where? Hamilton Convention Centre, Hamilton, Ontario

Target Audience

Family physicians, subspecialists who deal with patients who have thromboembolism disease or who have been treated for hematologic disorders, dentistry, oral surgery, internists and allied health care professionals.

Workshop: Seeing your Lab through a "Lean" Eye

in collaboration with Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (OCD)
