This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices of the QMP–LS Web site www.qmpls.org (the “site”), including the password-protected QMP–LS QView and all products and services associated with QMP–LS. QMP–LS does not transfer any personal information to third parties.

Health Information Protection

QMP–LS does not collect any Personal Health Information. Personal Health Information means identifying information about an individual relating to their physical or mental health (including medical history), the providing of health care to the individual, payments or eligibility for health care, organ and tissue donation and health number.

How we use non-personal information

QMP-LS reserves the right to use personal information that has been aggregated or made anonymous and no longer specifically relates to an identifiable individual, in any manner we consider appropriate.
