This on-line case study contains lymph node aspirate files from a patient with a non-Hodgkin’s follicular lymphoma as studied by flow cytometry. The clinical history, a list of antibody combinations used, and a discussion section are included. In addition, Wright-Giemsa and cytogenetics images may be reviewed. The case was stained using 3- and 4-colour fluorescence and a whole blood lysis technique with ammonium chloride. Data acquisition was performed on a Coulter XL flow cytometer. Analysis was performed using EXPO 32 software from Beckman Coulter.
