Case Study

A 28-year-old man presented to his physician’s office with an enlarged lymph node in the right side of his neck. He was sent for a lymph node aspiration, the results suggested that it was reactive in nature. Upon follow-up six months later, he presented with a jugulodigastric node of approximately 1 cm in size. A fine needle aspirate was sent for flow cytometric analysis. At this time his CBC was within normal limits.
