Correct issues before they become critical. Monitor the performance of your instruments and kits by gaining access to QMP–LS Survey Reports and Committee Comments. Discordant findings investigations triggered by poor lab performance in proficiency testing (PT) surveys from QMP–LS, sometimes indicate that an instrument or method and its associated calibrators, reagents, QC parameters or reference intervals are at the heart of the issue.
