IQMH Poster wins NACB Distinguished Abstract Award
Congratulations to QMP–LS Research Fellow, Berna Aslan for winning the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry’s Distinguished Abstract Awards for her abstract entitled “Use of Biological Variation for Establishing and Harmonizing Performance Limits for Clinical Chemistry PT Schemes.”
Her abstract was one of 30 (out of 742 accepted for the 2011 AACC Annual Meeting) selected for scientific excellence by a panel of NACB Fellows.
A certificate acknowledging her award was sent from the Academy of AACC. NACB is composed of more than 575 doctoral level clinical biochemists and is dedicated to advancing scholarship in the field of laboratory medicine.
