Laboratories excel at data collection and management but does the data being collected and measured really matter?  Rodney Momcilovic will discuss the “vital few” metrics needed to better run your laboratory.  He will provide you with fundamental insights into data procurement, their measurement, display and use.  He will show you how to validate your data inputs; measure what really matters; post your goals, results and outcomes; move towards real-time data availability; and use performance data for process action.

Presenter:   R. Rodney Momcilovic, MT, BS, MBA
